Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thevdlstudio.com and any services provided by VDL Studio (“VDL Studio”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
VDL Studio designs and builds websites and provides related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Quotes and estimates
Prices, packages, and any figures shown on this website — including the instant estimate in our quote form — are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A final, binding quote is provided in writing after we understand your project. Booking a call places you under no obligation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the content, assets, and access we need to do the work.
- Give timely feedback and approvals so timelines can be met.
- Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
Payment
Payment terms (such as deposits, milestones, and due dates) are set out in each project agreement. Work may pause if agreed payments are overdue.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final website deliverables produced for you, as set out in your project agreement (including, where agreed, the site, domain, and files). We may display finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Revisions and timelines
The number of revision rounds and estimated timelines are defined per project. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback promptly.
Warranties and liability
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDL Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services (e.g. hosting, email, or calendar providers).
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Work completed and costs incurred up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
